The setup path is linear on purpose. Each step unlocks the next one and keeps the product easy to hand off to teammates.

Create your account

Sign up with your business name and email. No card is required to start the trial.

Tip: Use the same email you use for Google Business Profile to make connecting easier.

Connect Google Business Profile

Open onboarding and connect the Google account that manages your listing.

Tip: If you want to move faster, you can skip this step and start with a review link.

Add customers and send requests

Add a customer manually or upload a CSV, then choose an English or Hindi template.

Tip: BizBadhao generates a wa.me link so you can share the review request through WhatsApp.

Watch reviews come in

New reviews appear in the Reviews tab. Low-star reviews trigger an alert so you can respond quickly.

Tip: Reply to both positive and negative reviews. Quick responses build trust faster.

Use AI drafts to reply faster

Generate reply drafts inside the Reviews tab, then edit the wording before posting.

Tip: Treat AI as a starting point. Keep the tone personal before you publish.

Check your Inbox each morning

The Inbox collects the tasks waiting for you: follow-ups, review replies, review requests, and setup work.

Tip: Snooze things that can wait, dismiss what is irrelevant, and complete the rest when you're done.

Troubleshooting

Fix the two issues people hit most often.

Google sync

Reviews aren't syncing from Google

If the dashboard says the sync has an issue or asks you to reconnect, the Google token BizBadhao uses has expired or been revoked.

Check these first:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings and open the Google Business Profile section.
  2. Click Reconnect Google and sign in again with the account that owns the listing.
  3. Wait a few minutes for the next sync to run automatically.

Tip: If that still fails, contact support with the business name and the error message you see.

WhatsApp links

The WhatsApp link did not open on the customer's phone

This usually comes down to number format, WhatsApp not being installed, or the link being opened in the wrong place.

Check these first:

  1. Use the full country code without a leading +.
  2. Check that WhatsApp is installed on the phone.
  3. Send the link through WhatsApp, not SMS or email, to avoid browser redirect issues.

Tip: Test the link on your own phone before sharing it with customers.

Common questions

Answers that usually come up before launch.

Does BizBadhao send WhatsApp messages automatically?

No. BizBadhao generates a wa.me link — a standard WhatsApp deep link. You copy and share it with your customer via WhatsApp yourself.

Can I send messages in Hindi?

Yes. Choose Hindi when you create a request and the message template will switch over.

What does the CSV upload format look like?

Use two columns: name and phone. Include the country code in phone numbers, like 919876543210 for an Indian number.

How often does BizBadhao sync reviews?

Reviews are fetched from Google Business Profile every 4 hours, and you can trigger a manual sync from the Reviews tab.

What happens after my trial ends?

Your account pauses until you subscribe again. Your data is kept for 30 days before deletion.
