New reviews appear in the Reviews tab. Low-star reviews trigger an alert so you can respond quickly.

The Inbox collects the tasks waiting for you: follow-ups, review replies, review requests, and setup work.
Tip: Snooze things that can wait, dismiss what is irrelevant, and complete the rest when you're done.
Troubleshooting
Google sync
If the dashboard says the sync has an issue or asks you to reconnect, the Google token BizBadhao uses has expired or been revoked.

WhatsApp links
This usually comes down to number format, WhatsApp not being installed, or the link being opened in the wrong place.

No. BizBadhao generates a wa.me link — a standard WhatsApp deep link. You copy and share it with your customer via WhatsApp yourself.
Yes. Choose Hindi when you create a request and the message template will switch over.
Use two columns: name and phone. Include the country code in phone numbers, like 919876543210 for an Indian number.
Reviews are fetched from Google Business Profile every 4 hours, and you can trigger a manual sync from the Reviews tab.
Your account pauses until you subscribe again. Your data is kept for 30 days before deletion.
