Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to BizBadhao, operated by BizBadhao Internet Private Limited. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.


1. Free trial

Every account includes a 30-day free trial that starts when you connect your Google Business Profile. No payment is collected during the trial period. There is nothing to refund for the trial.


2. Paid subscriptions

BizBadhao subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

This means:

  • If you cancel mid-month, your access continues until the end of the paid period — you will not be charged again, but the current month's fee is not refunded.
  • If you forget to cancel before renewal, we will consider refund requests made within 48 hours of the renewal charge on a case-by-case basis.

3. Exceptions — when we do refund

We will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged due to a technical error on our end (e.g. duplicate charge)
  • The service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing cycle
  • You contact us within 48 hours of your first-ever paid charge and have not used the paid features (i.e. you forgot to cancel after the trial)

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.


4. Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • After cancellation, your account is paused and your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
  • There are no cancellation fees.

5. Launch price and downgrades

The launch price of ₹999/month applies for the first year. After that, the current listed price applies. There are no plan downgrades since there is only one plan. Cancelling and re-subscribing later will apply the price in effect at that time.


6. How to request a refund

Email billing@bizbadhao.in with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The Razorpay payment ID (visible in your email receipt)
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.


7. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable RBI regulations on payment disputes also apply.
